The higher the amount of fat marbling the meat, the higher the score. Our Thin Sliced New York Cut Japanese wagyu has heavy marbling throughout giving it that rich, buttery flavor, and it's the reason why our wagyu is highly sought out by chefs and foodies everywhere.</p>
