Riviera Seafood Club's Kampachi, more commonly known as Yellowtail, features a rich, clean, sweet, and slightly nutty flavor, complemented by a texture ranging from semi-firm to firm. Our Yellowtail is prepared as a sushi and sashimi grade filet. Our Yellowtail are individually portioned out to roughly 10oz making them extremely easy to thaw and prep the perfect portions.
