Amoxicillin (Generic) Suspension is a semisynthetic antibiotic prescribed to dogs and cats for the treatment of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms that cause infections in the respiratory system, urinary tract and gastrointestinal tract. These strains of organisms can also cause infections on the skin and soft tissue, resulting in lacerations, bacterial dermatitis, abscesses, and wounds.
