Badge Reel Warranty.
The badge reel plastic bases are not made by myself. I purchase them from a company who makes the best quality ones I have found. Each one is tested by myself before use, but on a very rare occasion, one may become defective after several uses. I do offer a 30 day warranty on them. If yours does break in this time frame, please contact me on Etsy and send me a photo of the damaged reel. I will send out a replacement to you.
These are lightweight reels and are not designed to hold a lot of weight. I do offer heavy duty badge reels in the shop.
