This is a new in package black vinyl stuffed grafitti bear with neck buckle choker and chains. He has a top zip opening for item storage. Bag has heavier removeable leash like chain with faux leather handle. Bear measures 9" tall, but storage space is in his head area only....so smaller items like keys, makeup, money...etc. It will not fit a phone.
