Exterior is in absolutely perfect condition. All pockets and interior are like new, with one exception--- ⏬ ----Largest main compartment has ripped lining at the seams in several places. Coach will take care of the repair if you take it to one of their stores or mail it in. There will be a fee but the work will be done by Coach and it will be perfect ♥️ Bag is priced to allow for the lining to be repaired and stay within the resale value of the bag, at like new condition after the repair. It's currently selling in the $350-$600 range for new and pre-owned in like-new condition I have information on how to get the lining repaired as well. This one is super difficult for me to let go!!
