Extremely rare and unique piece. Features six hand carved pieces with exquisite detail. The elephant has a lot of beautiful work done to the saddle. The large darker color round bead shows two carved 🐖 pigs. Not sure if it’s hanging on leather or if it’s some other chord that feels and looks like leather. It was purchased between 1960-1980 in Miami. This piece is 30” long and both small beads are about half inch in size. The head face is slightly over 1.25” in length and close to .75” wide. The koi fish is 2” long and 1.5” wide. The large colored carved bead is 2”long and about 4.25” in diameter. Elephant is 1.5”x1.5”a about a quarter inch thick. Each hand carved piece was tested with a hot needle 🪡 to ensure they are not made out of plastic.
