This Brazailian Swiss Water Process coffee has notes of roasted almond, smooth milk chocoalte body, citric acidity and a dark chocoalte finish.  The Swiss Water Decaffeination Process (SWP) removes 99.9% of caffeine using water while preserving origin and flavour. Using Green Coffee Extract (GCE), it selectively removes caffeine without affecting key compounds. The process is repeated until fully decaffeinated. SWP maintains bean colour, body, and flavour.
