With the spacer removed this kit will allow for full compression and droop travel of the leaf springs! Whether on the road or off of it, this system is a performance, ride preserving must for your Superduty. Simply slide in the billet CNC machined self locking spacer, flip the provided manifold ball valve closed and you are ready to air up the bags. All plumbing components required to manually fill and conveniently vent the airbags are included. Tools are not required to operate any part of the system.If you are employing a Deaver (Carli) full progressive spring pack, u-bolts are not provided in the kit. You must use the semi-round u-bolts that are supplied with the springs. Also note, for DRW (dually) applications you must have a minimum of 7.5" of tire clearance to the chassis face.Use of this kit will negate proper function of Ford's "Onboard Scales/Smart Hitch" option, which is common on most Platinum and Limited models.
