Our pork are pasture raised (like pictured above) and supplemented with non gmo soy and corn free feed. We do not use any hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics. We raise heritage breeds that thrive outdoors on pasture and are known to produce marbled pork with a nice redish dark color. No lean "other white" meat here! Your bacon and sausage will be made in house, by our butchers at the 1915 Meatery. You choose what kind!

Interested in a half or whole pig of pasture raised pork? We have a limited number of pasture raised hogs we reserve for sides and wholes (taking deposits now, $200) and will be ready for pick up or to be shipped anywhere in Texas and also to outside states.

What to expect for a side of pork (half pig):

Pork chops - 10 packs (2 pork chops per pack)
Boston Butt Roasts - 2 roasts (2.5 lb average each)
Country Style Ribs - 1 pack (1.5 lbs pack)
Picnic Shoulder Roasts - 2 roasts (2 lb. average each)
Spare Ribs - 1 whole rack (around 3.5 lbs)
Smoked Ham - 2 Hams (around 4 lbs. each)
Whole Tenderloin - around 1 lb
Bacon - 8 packs (your choice between Smoked, Savory, or Salt & Pepper)
Your choice of 20 lbs of sausage or ground pork
Approx. 75 lbs. packaged cuts (half pig)
Side or Half Pig - $659
Whole Pig - $1,319
This amounts to a 10% savings when priced by cut individually.

Take a quick trip to our farm for pick up (frozen, boxed, and vacuums sealed) or we can ship for an additional fee. Want to reserve? We do require a $200 deposit up front to reserve - nonrefundable. The deposit is applied towards the total amount.

Whole and half sides will be available for shipping or able to be picked up from our farm.

Farm pick up is free (Meyersville, Texas) and shipping costs are broken down by state for those that prefer home delivery. Please note sides do not ship at our standard meat delivery price due to the number of boxes/liners we have to use and extra carrier charges.

We are just a a few hours from Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Corpus Christi. We are about four hours from the Dallas Fort Worth area. It's a beautiful drive down! We would also be happy to ship it straight to your door :)
