This cookie is made from all the smokey clays such as Blackhall, Magmitti, Dry fruit, and Black Star. It's very smokey and Earthy, I get notes of topsoil as well. This one I like to let air out for a bit to enhance the smokiness. It has a soft bite with a medium crunch.
The Comet Cookie is an extra large cookie, a bit over 150g.
Please keep in mind this product comes from the Earth and each batch may vary is taste and texture. To enhance the flavor lightly mist with distilled water and allow to air out for a couple of days. Keep away from perfumes, candles, household cleaners etc. as clay absorbs smells of what's around it. A windowsill is usually a safe place to air out.
