They feature easy-to-read weight indicators for quick adjustments and are available in pairs of 10 and 25 LB and sold individually in 35, 45, and 55 LB. Each plate features a color-coded indicators to IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) standards for quick identification during your workouts. These plates also have raised lips for easy handling when loading them onto your bar, or for when you need a little extra grip when using them for free weight exercises like weighted sit-ups, bent-over rows, squats, and more.
