PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This adapter allows you to attach your Fi GPS device directly to your prong collar. This allows your pup to wear less gear when going out for walks! Fi GPS & PRONGS ARE NOT INCLUDED with this item. You will need a flat head screw driver to attach this to your prongs. We choose to not add prongs to allow you to match any color prong color you currently have from silver, brass, black or even powdered coated ones! This design is meant to be used with the Herm Sprenger line of prong collars and may not work with any other style or brand of prong collar. There are several sizes available to fit the 2.25mm, 3.0mm/3.2mm, and 4.0mm prong collars. Fi GPS MODELS: Fi 2 SERIES: For this series you will need to use the brackets that came with your Fi-collar to attach your Fi GPS to the center piece of your adapter (seen in black on both styles in pictures). The Fi adapter piece is 1” wide for this series. Fi 3 SERIES: For this series the side collar pieces aren't removable, so this version has two Chicago screw rivets on one side of the center piece of your adapter (seen in black on both styles in pictures) to allow you to slide the Fi GPS on. The Fi adapter piece is 5/8" wide if you have a Fi 3 Series collar in x-small or small and 1" wide for all other collar sizes. STYLE OPTIONS: STYLE OPTION 1: This option does not included the buckle adapter and allows you to keep your prong collar as is. Your Fi GPS adapter will attach to the 1st and 2nd prongs on either side of the center plate on your prong collar. STYLE OPTION 2: This option combines the prong collar buckle adapter with the Fi GPS adapter. You will need to remove the center plate of your prong collar to replace it with a buckle. The buckle allows for easier on/off of your prong collar. Once you unbuckle your prong collar it will loosen and allow you to slip the prong collar over your pups head. This adapter attaches to the buckle and 1st prong on each side of the buckle. COLOR OPTIONS: There are so many amazing colors to choose from to match you and your pet’s style! For any collar, leash, harness, or accessory design that has multiple sections or straps you can choose as many colors as you would like to customize your look! To do this you can select the primary color for your order and then you can message your custom color selections separately or include a message in the “note to seller” section at checkout. Please mention which straps or parts you would like in each color. PLEASE NOTE: Colors may differ slightly in person than seen on a computer screen. If you would like help trying to color match any existing biothane items you may have, we are happy to provide additional pictures of colors to help you. If you have Biothane brand items we can usually help you find an exact match but for off brand webbing we can help you match as close as possible. BIOTHANE: Biothane is a waterproof leather alternative. It is easily washed after a day of hiking, swimming or playing. Unlike nylon webbing, biothane does not absorb water or smell and can be dried in seconds with a towel. All biothane used at Not So Standard Creations is the Beta 520 Biothane either the standard or super heavy weight. Listings with HD indicate that the super heavy weight biothane is used for that design, all other listings are made with the standard weight biothane. BETA 520 STANDARD BIOTHANE: Thickness is approximately 0.1” or 1/8”. Breaking strength is approximately 200lbs for the 3/8” width, 500lbs for the 1/2” width, 700lbs for the 5/8” width, and 1000lbs for the 1” width. BETA 520 SUPER HEAVY BIOTHANE/HEAVY DUTY (HD): Thickness is approximately 0.15” or 3/16”. Breaking strength is approximately 1500lbs for the 1.5” HD width. * It is not recommended to leave biothane products where pets can reach them when not in use. Although biothane is very strong when pulled on, unfortunately it is not chew proof and is a very tempting chew toy for some pets! ADD-ON TEXT PERSONALIZATION & REFLECTIVE TAPE SERVICES: Please see our listings for add on text or add on reflective tape services. We make biothane ID tags to attach separately. We can also add text or reflective tape directly on to your collar, leash, harness, or other biothane accessories. Our reflective tape can be done in stripes and shapes; including paw prints, hearts, stars and other shapes just ask!
