They are a perfect size to snuggle with, or to sit on your desk or bookshelf and keep you company while you work. *Note: safety eyes are not safe for young children - If you want this to be a gift for a young child, please choose the embroidered eye option instead of the safety eye one! *Note: Color names are based on the American Kennel Club's dachshund color options. For example, the "blue" dachshund is actually visually gray, as "blue" is the American Kennel Club's name for gray dachshunds. If you have any questions about colors, feel free to message me! - Made from soft, high-quality Bernat blanket yarn (100% polyester) - Made with 14mm plastic safety eyes or eyes embroidered with acrylic yarn (depending on customer’s selection) - Approximate size: 8” long, 2” wide, and 2” tall Crochet pattern from @justamom_crocheting. *Each dog is handmade, so size and details may vary slightly. *This crochet dog includes plastic safety eyes, which are securely attached but may pose a choking hazard. It is not intended for children under 3 years old or for use as a pet toy. Please use this item for decorative purposes or supervised play only. While the embroidered eyes are safer for young children, I cannot guarantee its 100% safety, so please still only use under supervision. HERE’S HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM DACHSHUND: (Customs are marked as out of stock to ensure people only order once I know I can recreate their dog. They are still available!) 1. Message me with pictures of your dachshund (you may have to wait for me to respond in order to send pictures - Etsy may not allow pictures as the first message) 2. We will discuss yarn options that best match your dog 3. After picking yarn, I will open up the “Color” option “Customized” on the dachshund listing (it is otherwise marked as “out of stock”). You make your purchase! Make sure to include whether you want the dachshund stuffed or unstuffed and what kind of eyes you want (embroidered or plastic). 4. I will mail your order within a week! Please keep an eye on your messages in case I have any questions about your dog! About custom dachshunds, please note: Custom dachshunds cost $55 USD instead of the usual $40 USD due to the extra time it takes to make a plushie that matches your dog.
