Recently we started adding custom pearl colors to offer something different than the standard colors and we also take requests for custom colors for your project to match your business logo, or simply because you want something unique. We take pride in our products and our packaging and are constantly trying to learn so we can improve our business. Our Products & Listings Our orders are packaged by weight and therefore there might be slight variation in the amounts, so the quantities listed are approximate. But we mix, weigh and pack everything ourselves for each order to eliminate big differences. We take high quality, professional photos of our products. Despite that, please be aware that all our rhinestones and pearls, and specifically the custom pearl colors, are produced in batches. Therefore, the color for each batch might slightly differ from our pictures and from earlier batches. If you want to make sure that you have 100% matching colors on your product it is advised that you order enough at once for that specific project. Please be aware that our custom colors and occasionally also some standard colors are painted and most of our products are coated or foiled and therefore should not be cleaned with alcohol or any other solvents unless you are looking to create a vintage look. Any pearls or rhinestones you buy online are supplies to create a finished product and not the actual finished product. To make sure your project will last a long time and keep its bright colors, seal it with a UV-resistant clear coating. Delivery Time & Shipping Orders over $35.00 (not including shipping and tax) are shipped at no cost within the United States of America until January 1, 2025, when shipped USPS Ground Advantage. In case shipping costs apply to your order, they will be shown at the checkout. We ship fast, orders are packed and shipped in 1 day from Sunday through Friday. Because we pack and ship fast all sales are final, we do not accept order cancellations. The tracking for your order will be provided on Etsy. We ship within the listed time frame, but the actual delivery time depends on USPS. We are not responsible for any delays by USPS as they are out of our control. Orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days), but USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) can also be selected at checkout in case you need it sooner. Both USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail include insurance up to $100.00 in case the package gets damaged or lost. When your order is over $100.00, we will increase the insurance amount accordingly and orders over $250.00 will require a signature on delivery. When a package shows as ‘delivered’ by the USPS Postal Service we consider it as being delivered. In case you have not received your package, please contact your local post office. Orders are shipped to your address on file with Etsy so check your shipping address before purchasing as I can’t guarantee that I will see your request for an address change before the label has been printed. Orders which are undeliverable and are returned to us by USPS will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $ 2.50. Shipping costs are not refunded. Complaints We strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, but we also realize that might not always be the case. Please make sure that if you have any issues with your order that you contact us within 3 working days after delivery so we can help you solve the issues. I would hate to see a bad review before getting the chance to make it right. Exchanges In case you ordered the wrong size(s) or color(s) and you want to exchange them for the right color(s) or size(s) you can contact us no later than 3 working days after delivery. The item(s) may be returned to us within 5 working days after delivery. Please include (a copy of) the packing slip or a note mentioning your name and order number, so we know which order we are getting items back from. Products can only be returned complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. We will refund the item(s) after they have arrived back to us in good order, and you have placed the order for the correct item(s). Please note that if you have not placed a new order by the time we receive the returned item(s), a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $ 2.50 will be deducted from the refund.
