Skirt is cut as a circle skirt and hand sewn for the scrunched up TTPD dress effect - same as Taylor's. Because this is cut as a circle skirt, it still has a twirly effect for girls to twirl in. The bodice closes at the back with black buttons, and for a fitted look, the black satin ties can be tied in a big bow for a beautiful finish at the back.
