We are a Full Service Florist 💐 That means that we can make and customize anything!💕 Every single item in your order will be matched to the same style as the Bridal Bouquet on the photo, unless you ask otherwise.🥰 You can customize any item (size, color, flowers, accents) or we can make items that are not even listed For example you can request groom's boutonniere to stand out from the rest of them 🤗 We will be sending you photos of all the items for confirmation! Nothing gets shipped unless you love it 🥰 Please be ready to confirm photos of an order within 24hrs after receiving them💕 this way we can process orders faster and ship everything in timely manner🤗💖 If we don't hear back from you during 24hr confirmation window we assume you like everything😇 and order will be shipped automatically 💖 We make our bouquets and arrangements using highest quality silk and dried flowers!😇 You don't need to preserve them! They will stay with you forever as long as you keep them at the room temperature and don't expose them to the humidity 🌸 Please let us know your wedding date and ribbon color for your items, you can select twine or burlap instead of a ribbon as well 🤗 In cases when we don't have ribbon color instruction we will go with a default (same as listing) or neutral colors like white, ivory or black 💝 When you select the "Arrangement" option, please let us know what type of arrangement it is going to be in "Personalization" section or send us a message 💖 List of Arrangement Types include but not limited to: Arch, Swag, Centerpiece, Table Runner, Sweetheart, Cross, Altar, Welcome Sign, Aisle Markers, Ground Arches, Arch Pillars, Fireplace Mantle, Backdrop Décor, Wall Décor, etc. Arrangements over 40" long will be made as a whole then split in half for transportation. If you need your order in less than 3 weeks(15 business days), we do provide emergency services if possible.
