The top of the dress is a crochet, very stretchy, tube top with an adjustable halter strap. The bottom of the dress is two layers of tulle. Length of the bottom of the dress is as follows (waist down): 3-6 months: 6 inches 6-9 months: 7 inches 9-12 months: 8 inches 12-18 months: 10 inches 18-24 months: 11 inches 2T: 12 inches 3T: 14 inches 4T: 15 inches 5: 16 inches 6: 17 inches 7: 18 inches Measure child from the waist down to see where dress will fall.
