Engineered to fit most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb range, the bumper performs best with winches that have a relocatable control box. Popular options like ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, and Warn Zeon or VR series are known to fit. Integrated control box winches may require minor trimming of the grille support brackets. For ideal performance and clearance, synthetic rope winches with a hawse-style fairlead are recommended—larger roller fairleads may not fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate. Constructed from high-quality materials, the main bumper body uses 3/16" thick steel, while the winch and mounting plates are built from heavy-duty 1/4" steel. The tubing is 1 3/4" outer diameter with a 1/8" wall thickness, offering the strength and resilience needed for serious trail use.
