Cancellation Policy: Please cancel before the 20th of the month to avoid being charged. We do not offer refunds after we have charged unless the request is made within 48 hours of your account renewing. KINDLY NOTE: When you cancel, that cancels the subscription, avoiding any future charges. It will not cancel any boxes you've already purchased, instead, it will prevent any charges in the future from processing. KINDLY NOTE: If an order placed experiences delays (preorders, monthly boxes and shop orders), this supersedes the cancelation/refund policy.
