Instructions Serve either hot or cold: For hot matcha latte: Place three heaped teaspoons (17g) of powder in a cup or glass, then add 140ml of hot water and stir well. For iced matcha latte: Place three heaped teaspoons (17g) of powder in a cup, add 120ml of cold and then ice cubes.
