Measure your foot before selecting your size by following the method below: Place your feet on a blank piece of paper while standing. Place a mark at the tip of your longest toe, and the middle of your heel. Now draw a straight line connecting the two marks, and measure its length. Add an extra 0.4 inch. If you fall between sizes, opt to size up.
