<p><strong>APR MQB 1.8T/2.0T Charge Pipe Kit - Full Kit</strong></p> <ul></ul> <div class="full_description"> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <span>The APR Charge Pipe System is a comprehensive, direct replacement upgrade, to the factory system. <br><br>The factory plastic and rubber turbo outlet pipe is a small and restrictive 38mm pipe that has shown to melt, deform, and cause boost leaks under extreme conditions. The APR System remedies this by upgrading the system to a larger 60mm aluminum pipe, along with a new multi-ply fluorosilicone coated turbocharger outlet hose. APR EZ-Flow stepped lip hoses provide a smooth transition from hose to pipe, and the included T-bolt clamps ensure a strong and leak-resistant seal at the pipe. <br>All brackets are TIG-welded for a strong and precise fit, and the pipe is coated black. A protruding lip at the edge of the pipe helps prevent hose slippage. This pipe is a direct fit to the OEM turbocharger and the APR or OEM intercooler hose. APR Recommends upgrading the intercooler hoses as well for maximum performance and reliability.<br><br>We upgrade the factory plastic with a strong 60mm aluminum pipe. Due to the thin-walled nature of metal vs plastic, we're able to increase the internal diameter of the pipe to maximize airflow. The MAP sensor mounting point is made from CNC-machined billet-aluminum. All brackets are TIG-welded for a strong and precise fit, and the pipe is coated black.
