We will not accept refund or replacement claims for this color variation.- For scratches and dings You can claim for refund or replacement for any scratches in outter parts, that can be seen in normal build, that is larger than 3mm of scratch and/or 1mm of ding. You can claim for any anodizing strains larger than 1cm.- For brass and Stainless steel plates We have ordered the best quality of those raw materials but even with that, there might be strains and scratches that can be seen after process. We consider this minor strains and scratches as not QC flaws. We will try our best to minimize those marks and scratches but for those who are very sensitive with minor scratch and strain on or under the plate, please consider not to order SS plates and brass plates. We will not accept any claims for the minor scratch and strain of the raw material for the brass and SS plates.We will try our best to deliver the best QC with this project.Thank you.
