Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you rights over your personal information, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at support@joincheckmate.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”, or use the button below. Please include the email address (and phone number, if any) associated with your Checkmate account so we can locate your records.

We will process requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the same address. If you have a Checkmate account, you can also delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings in the Checkmate app.

California residents

California residents can also submit a single deletion request to all registered data brokers through the California Privacy Protection Agency’s Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP) at privacy.ca.gov/drop.
