Hi! My name is Jimly and I am a junior at Texas A&M University studying computer engineering! I have a strong passion for tutoring because it allows me to help students on their academic journey and learn more about their future goals and aspirations. I prioritize my education and I am always willing to ensure the students I work with do too. Outside of school, my hobbies include hanging out with friends, traveling, playing tennis, and volunteering. I am a huge foodie so I'm always looking forward to trying new food places. Additionally, my interests include watching sports, cooking and baking, and exercising! In my previous years, I worked for Kumon. I was a tutor for kids of all ages in math and reading. After starting my college career, I was a Peer Teacher for a college-level engineering course incoming freshmen are required to take. I was responsible to lead a group of students during their lab session and ensure they successfully completed the lab requirements. I also tutored students virtually at Varsity Tutors and it allowed me to gain valuable interpersonal skills. Let's embark on an exciting academic journey together!
