Hi! I'm Megan (she/they), a UX Researcher & Creative Technologist who enjoys teaching and mentoring others in UX Research, Product Development, and in finding creative flow. I have 7+ years of experience in UX Research and Product Management, and my work has focused on defining the UX direction of digital products at Microsoft. I'm also a life-long learner with a multidisciplinary skillset. I'm currently completing my Creative Technology MA, and I hold a Psychology BA, and a Certificate in User-centered Design. I enjoy the art and science of qualitative research and the creative process—both in my own work and in helping others find their creative flow. While at Microsoft, I taught workshops on Usability, and I held UX Research office hours to empower my colleagues to conduct their own research. I enjoy explaining concepts, and my passion for teaching started in university, when I was a teaching assistant for Computer Science and Psychology classes. As a teacher and coach, I’m flexible, supportive, present, and committed. I value nurturing both skill and spirit. I’m also neurodivergent-friendly and trauma-informed. I help clients build strong foundations in UX while developing confidence, joy, and creative momentum.
