You will need to take our trash, wash dishes, leave all linens on the bed, put wet towels in shower & cut off the water. TOWING: By appointment only. Pick up location is given after booking. You will need a 7- way connector, 2 & 5/16" ball, and trailer brake controller. Trailer weight- DRY 5335lbs, Hitch 682lbs, GVWR 7600lbs. Must provide insurance card on towing vehicle OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric or water connection available at the campsite) : This camper is NOT good for dry camping due to fridge. A generator is required to keep the battery charged. -If you do not have one you may rent ours. Fresh water tank holds 27gal, gray water 39gal, black tank 28gal. The fridge can runs on electricity only. The stove, hot water heater, and furnace run on propane. Hot water heater can run on electric. Electric heater provided. AC runs on 30+ amp electricity only.
