Put the wrap into protective polybag, then place it in freezer or refrigerator for at least two hours, or until desired temperature is achieved. 2. Check to make sure the temperature is suitable. 3. Place gel part around cheek with curved side facing inward so gel pack covers your jaw. Fasten the hook and loop at the top of head to secure the wrap in place. Heating use instructions: 1. Start with a room temperature wrap. 2. Place wrap in the center of clean microwave turntable (not touching the sides). Make sure that any additional microwave features are turned off, such as browning. 3. Microwave wrap for 10 seconds (Rating: 900W-1000W) to 15 seconds (Rating: 700W-800W). If hotter temperature is preferred, reheat in 5-second intervals until desired temperature is reached. 4. Before reheating, check all parts of the wrap to make sure part of the wrap is not too hot. Rotate the wrap 180 degrees before returning to the microwave. Always touch the pack by hand prior to use to make sure it is not too hot. 5.
