The width means the total length of the sticker.
Maximum measurements per sticker:
2" x 2"
3" x 2"
4" x 2"
5" x 2"
For anything bigger please contact me directly for a quote. I reserve the right to charge extra for any bigger sizes that have been placed through the listing without contacting me first. For example 4" sticker that is requested to be divided over multiple rows and will exceed the maximum height of 2", will be subject to extra charges.

■ PERSONALISATION
❶ Select your size from the first dropdown menu. Please note that width means the total length of the sticker and the height will vary depending on your font choice and number of characters (the more characters the smaller the font size will be). If you are ordering multiple stickers in the same size and want the font sizes to match, please mention it in the notes. If you would like a size that's not in the menu, for example, 2.5" you would need to choose the 3" option and write down the exact dimensions in the notes box.

✿ The stickers can be personalised with your own wording or design, please double-check the spelling as I do not take any responsibility for spelling mistakes. All texts are copy-pasted from the personalisation box and will be printed as they are, including any capitalization/lower case lettering. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable/non-exchangeable so always ask for a proof before printing if unsure about size or font!

Once the proof has been sent to the customer, you will have 48 hours to accept it or request for changes. If no response is received then the proof is automatically accepted and will proceed for printing. You will receive a message about this and after that, no changes can be made to the design.

■ DELIVERY AND PROCESSING TIMES
You can check the current processing time from the 'announcements' section at the storefront. Please keep an eye on your Etsy messages in case I need more information from you otherwise your order might be delayed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the UK) are all sent via tracked delivery which takes an average of 5-14 working days but delays can occur as parcels go through customs. Please contact me after 6 weeks from the dispatch date if your order still hasn't arrived.
UK orders take an average of 1-2 working days.
Please note that I do not offer a refund for delayed deliveries or if the order gets returned back to me by the delivery company.

Yes. However, the stickers are not meant to be submerged in water and washing is not recommended. Not dishwasher safe or weatherproof/UV-proof.

-It is the customer's responsibility to check the spelling (all texts are copy-pasted from the personalisation box) and the right size at the time of ordering. I can help you by giving recommendations, but the responsibility and final decision is made by the customer.
-I can NOT estimate any sizes from photos of items/products sent to me. Please measure your item as it is the customer’s responsibility to choose the right size. Proofs come with measurements and if you accept the proof, you have also accepted the sizing.
-I do not give refunds if your chosen size is incorrect or not suitable for your needs.
-It is the customer's responsibility to choose whether these stickers are the right fit for your product, there is no set list of where and what these stickers can be used for, therefore if you are unsure whether they will work for your intended use, I would recommend ordering just a small sample first as customised products are non-refundable. (Some cosmetic oils have been reported to cause a reaction with the stickers causing the print to disappear, so testing is recommended before ordering big quantities!)
-Please note that the colours might look slightly brighter on your device compared to the actual printed sticker! The example photos are for reference only and might not reflect the actual size of your sticker. The sticker size varies depending on the chosen text/logo and shape. The measurements are at their widest, meaning the total length of the sticker.
