Please pick the size from the list of available sizes and let us know what you need engraved on the labels. All tags come with a notch (female) on top position as a standard. You can however request the following positions if required via etsy messages after your order No notch Bottom only Left only Right only Top and bottom only Left and right only All four sides Our process is to send a digital proof for review before we engrave. Once you have reviewed and provided your approval, we will then engrave and ship the tags/labels. All tags will come with industry grade double sided adhesive on the back. Just peel and stick.
