This Traveling Trophy is compatible with Settlers of Catan and is perfect for those regular game nights with friends where the winner of the previous game "holds" the trophy and has the honor of playing GOLD pieces as the “Ruler" or "Lord" for the next game. Alternatively this would be a great prize for any tournament winner.
This is a one of a kind, custom designed trophy that is 3D printed with amazing detail and stands 4” tall. The top lid and base are held together by 6 strong N35 Neodymium magnets to ensure the top is secure.
The inside includes a case containing all GOLD pieces. The lid for the inside case doubles as a piece holder for the base pieces if you like. The lid is secured to the case by 4 strong N35 Neodymium magnets as well.
The Traveling Trophy comes included with GOLD Base Catan game pieces (5 Settlements, 4 Cities, 15 roads). Optional games pieces for Cities & Knights, Seafarers, Traders & Barbarians and Explorers & Pirates may be added if needed. The case is only designed to fit the Base, Cities & Knights and Seafarers game pieces.
Options
-"Ruler of Catan" (on Trophy lid) and "Catan" (on inside lid)
-"Lord of Catan" (on Trophy lid) and "Catan" (on inside lid)
-"Custom Text" (on Trophy) and "Custom Text" (on inside hex lid)
This option allows you to customize either or both the Trophy text or the inside case text. Limitations may apply based on available spacing. Please provide your desired text for BOTH in the order comments. Suggestions for optional text include ("Lady of Catan", "2023 Ruler of Catan", "Tournament Winner"). Each custom trophy will be designed on an order by order basis.
-Upgrade your gold pieces to the Gold/Black/Gold striped pieces. This is an add-on to only be used with one of the above Trophy options. A single Upgrade add-on will apply to all expansion game pieces added to your order.
-Add Cities & Knights game pieces to your set (note that these additional pieces WILL fit in the inner case along with the provided Base game pieces). This is an add-on to only be used with one of the trophy options.
-Add Seafarers game pieces to your set (note that these additional pieces WILL fit in the inner case along with the provided Base (and C&K) game pieces). This is an add-on to only be used with one of the trophy options.
-Add Traders & Barbarians game pieces to your set (note that these additional pieces will NOT fit in the inner case along with the provided Base pieces and the Cities & Knights and Seafarers add-on game pieces). This is an add-on to only be used with one of the trophy options. Comes with draw string cloth bag for storage.
-Add Explorers & Pirates game pieces to your set (note that these additional pieces will NOT fit in the inner case along with the provided Base, Cities & Knights and Seafarers game pieces). This is an add-on to only be used with one of the trophy options. Comes with draw string cloth bag for storage.
-Add ALL Expansion game pieces. Will include games pieces for Base Catan, Cities & Knights, Seafarers, Traders & Barbarians and Explorers & Pirates.
-"Misprint Trophy"
These cosmetically less than perfect Traveling Trophies are fully functional with all the expected elements you want in your trophy. However these may have resulted in some imperfections during their printing process that took them out of my regular circulation. If you love the idea of a Traveling Trophy and the Base Catan Catan gold playing pieces and are ok with some minor imperfections please consider this as an option. Pictures can be provided upon request. The quantity varies from time to time for obvious reasons. Sold as is and no returns accepted for Misprint items. Please indicate if you prefer "Ruler of Catan" or "Lord of Catan". Again the availability of text options does vary from time to time.
Specs:
- Made form durable 3D printed PLA+ plastic.
- Custom designed that is 3D printed and shipped from Kansas.
- Printed using recyclable, non-toxic and biodegradable PLA+ plastic.
- Can deform if subjected to high temperature (above 70°C/158°F), don't leave them in your car or in direct sun during summer months.
- This item contains small magnets. Though unlikely, it is possible that they may become loose. This item should be kept out of reach of children and animals as they could be very dangerous if swallowed.
