After heating in the microwave for 2 to 2½ minutes, it provides nice therapeutic heat for treating headaches, stress and tension. It can also be used across the tummy, lower back, chest, and more. This neck wrap measures approximately 6”x 30”, has 10 chambers, weighs around 2½ pounds and is made with soft 100% all natural cotton and lined for added comfort.
