Delivery time to America take 3-7 businnes days, Europe take about 2-5weeks .If you are planning to place your order very close to the date you need it for, the express will be more reliable to get it in time, or to assume the risks that you might not receive it in time.
Delivery time to Australia and Canada takes about 3-6weeks.
Parcels may delay up to 90 days in heave Christmas season and public holidays like Halloween for example. The post office is under heavy traffic in those days. Please, take it into account when placing your order.
5. Return and refund policy:
I do not make refunds if the parcel was delayed on its way, please calculate all: delivery dates and processing time before place your order. I make the full refund if the parcel was lost without having reached the country of the recipient, if the parcel reached the country of the recipient, the responsibility for it assumes the country state mail and the recipient.
