The cutting board is handmade by the Brokaw family. Each cutting board is uniquely handcrafted and makes a beautiful addition to any kitchen. Solid hardwoods are carefully chosen for each design. An industrial-grade glue is used making them durable. Cutting boards are unique to themselves, insuring that you will receive an individual creation. They are just under 1" thick. *Gourmet boards are the only cutting boards with a juice groove. Each wood product varies in wood types slightly, you may not receive the one you see in the picture. Only natural woods are used--no stains or dyes. Product Includes: ➠ Cutting board ➠ Care card, explaining the wood types, and how to take care of it* ➠ Brochure about the artist. *Cutting boards are treated with mineral oil—it is acceptable to wipe off cutting boards with water and soap. NEVER immerse wooden products in water or let water sit on the surface. NEVER clean in dishwasher. Towel dry. Re-apply mineral oil as necessary. Shipping Policy ➠ Our processing time is 2-4 business days, but it also depends on our stock. Depending on weight + size, we may ship using UPS Ground. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at checkout. This will also bump your order to the top of our list to pack and ship. ➠ It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund or replace anything stolen. ➠ If your package seems to be late or lost in the USPS system, contact your local Post Office by calling their direct line* and visiting your local office to seek further assistance there. We are happy to help in the case of lost mail as well by filing a missing mail claim. We will do our best to assess the damage and either refund or replace the item. ➠ If an item is unwanted or not needed anymore, we have a 25% restocking fee. In this case, cost of shipping the item back to us, will not be reimbursed. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with reimbursement. If any damage is caused to the product in return shipment due to failure of packing, partial or no refund will be given. ➠ Because handmade pottery is more fragile and prone to breaking in return shipping, we cannot accept returns for any pottery.
