WHY ULTRA MOD?
Unlike other home-brew mods, we don't use 'sloppy hot glue and prayers' to hold our work together. Instead, our ULTRA MOD uses a proprietary 3D-printed mount to replace the speaker with a simple, low-profile switch. The result is a clean, durable, and professionally modified device that remains compatible with virtually all third-party cases/accessories! You can also have the LEDs dimmed with our special 3D-printed component (rather than smearing them in Sharpie) to guarantee perfect light diffusion while making them less blinding at night! And don't worry - even though the dim LEDs may be difficult to see in broad daylight, our ULTRA MOD makes the experience so hands-off that you'll almost never need to look at the device. :)
This modification removes the speaker and vibration motor from the retail device to accommodate the added switch, reduce noise, and potentially improve battery life. The device will always be completely silent, but all other features (e.g., sleep tracking) will work normally. Each ULTRA MOD is carefully repackaged with the original manufacturer's packaging and accessories. All of our work is backed by a 30-day limited warranty for all craftsmanship. Units include a serialized security sticker inside to guarantee that GadCAD 3D can provide you with the best customer support possible.

[WARRANTY]: GadCAD 3D stands by our work on all ULTRA MOD devices. We'll make it right if anything is found not to work as advertised within 30 days of receipt (or as covered by our Extended Holiday Warranty). This warranty covers necessary exchanges/repairs caused by craftsmanship defects. It does NOT cover any form of user damage, misuse, elective returns, or circumstances beyond GadCAD 3D's control, such as game updates that may affect the functionality of the device. To qualify for an exchange, the device must be returned in its original condition and not show signs of improper use or physical/water damage. Defective units must be received by GadCAD 3D before a replacement is sent. Alternatively, prorated exchanges are available with the purchase of a separate unit, which will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the defective unit. Returns of devices showing signs of improper use, physical damage, or tampering will not be honored under this warranty. GadCAD 3D is solely responsible for determining whether these defects are due to these factors or craftsmanship. Additionally, if an issue is found to result from damage or misuse, the customer may be responsible for return shipping postage and/or other applicable fees.
