Before making the payment, please contact me to discuss your idea and get advice. Payment will be made in two installments. The first (the price stated in the advertisement), before starting to customize the doll, and the last, when it is finished, before sending it to your home. The customization service includes: - Fake Blythe doll - Customization of faceplate, eyelids, backplate and body, with good quality materials (pencils and Pan Pastel; MSC continuous varnishing) - Correction of eyelids and gaze (lifting of both). And sleepy eyes. - Replacing the factory chips with four pairs of realistic and/or fantasy eyes. - Changing factory eyelashes to realistic ones - Neck movement correction - New pullrings, made with good quality beads. - Complete outfit to match the doll. - Hair treatment, cutting and styling. - Decorative cardboard box and several surprise gifts. - Certified shipping. Conditions: - Before starting the customization, I will take note of what you want exactly. And throughout the process, I will keep you informed and show you progress, to make sure that the doll is to your liking. - It is important that before you start working on your doll, you are clear about what you want. Once the creation process has begun, you will not be able to make changes to what was initially agreed upon. - Once I start making your doll, it will take approximately 15-20 days to make it. It will be made in the order of orders I receive. I will inform you the first day I start making it. I always dedicate the time it deserves to each doll so that it has a good finish. Haste is never good for these things. - I DO NOT COPY OTHER ARTISTS' WORK, as I am completely against it. I may be inspired by some work you show me, but I will always give it my personal touch, and create something different. - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE TWO DOLLS THE SAME. I can make something similar, but I will always make some changes so that all my dolls are unique and special. - I won't do anything that I think will go wrong. I will listen to and take into account everything you ask me, but I also ask you to trust me a little when creating your doll, I will advise you so that you are completely satisfied. - From the moment the first payment is made, refunds or cancellations are not accepted. - The doll will not be sent to you until you make the final payment. You will have 10 to 15 days to do so after the doll is finished. STORE POLICY: Sorry, I do not accept changes, cancellations or returns, it is a unique work of art. Shipping with tracking number. The doll will be sent in a box as a gift, if you want a special dedication write to me so I can do it. I ship the doll in the best condition to ensure that it does not receive any damage during transport. The doll is shipped with each item individually wrapped, using bubble wrap of various thicknesses and traveling in a rigid box that is also wrapped in bubble wrap. If you have any problems with the order, please always contact me, so I can solve the problem. In the rare case that the package is damaged during transport or lost, it is the responsibility of the transport company. Please contact me if that happens so I can make a claim to the transport company. Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If the shipping address was not correct and the package is returned, the new shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, or if customs apply an additional cost. My store does not accept cancellations.
