This Jock is a great fit for most packers* and StPs.  Reinforced O-ring stretches to accommodate most packers Interior panel covers your device but is split so you can use it with StPs Soft, stretchy and comfortable 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex Waistband fits aprox. sizes: XS/SM = 25 -29" MED/LRG =  29- 34" LRG/XL = 32-42" (the company does not list sizes so this is our best estimate. They are pretty stretchy but you do want them to fit snuggly) Packer not included. *Small packers like Small Pierre/Archer might not fit great in here as the hole is a little on the big side.
