Our recommendation for people new to our matcha, Sayaka is a more light-hearted, smooth tea in the rich category. Its sweetness and umami are accompanied by a hint of bitterness. Note: Sayaka (named by the head of the Urasenke school) is the same matcha as Horai (named by the head of Omotesenke school of tea ceremony). The only difference is the size of the package.
