Slants are ideal for growers looking to make culture plates or for longer-term culture storage. Our slants are 1st generation, of the highest quality, and cryopreserved in vials to ensure optimal viability. Golden Oyster slants are made to order and have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. They should be stored in the refrigerator or in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Note that slants require basic lab skills. Handle using sterile technique to prevent contamination.
