The Trappist-1 Automatic model also features tritium tubes! You'll always be able to read the time, even in the dark void of space. The constellation-like seconds hand sweeps across the dial similar to comets streaking across the night sky and once every minute it aligns to complete the Trappist-1 star map dial.The Trappist-1 Automatic has a Miyota 8215 self-winding movement that generates power as you wear it. The mechanical movement is made in Japan and is known for its precision and reliability. Each automatic movement comes equipped with a proprietary solar system rotor that can be appreciated through the exhibition crystal on the caseback. The Trappist-1 Automatic has a power reserve of 42 hours.The grille of the Trappist-1 resembles the Cupola and gives you a sense of looking out into space. Each of the twelve support bridges also doubles as an hour marker. The domed crystal is made from Hesalite that was originally developed for NASA.
