No two boxes are alike and all flavors are randomly selected.  All of our Vietnamese candies are handcrafted, vegan, gluten-free, and made in a nut-free facility. They have a very subtle, lightly sweetened flavor and are more crunchy, and have very little soft jelly texture on the inside. All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp.As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has it's own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary. They do not always look like you see in the photo.
