This order comes with Silky Gem™ 10-12 pieces of traditional Vietnamese Lunar New Year cut approximately 2.4 inches long and packed into an 8 oz jar.  Our mixed flavors are randomly picked and we do not take requests or omit certain flavors unless you have an allergy. These flavors are not individually labeled. All of our candies are vegan, gluten-free, and made in a nut free facility. They have a very subtle, lightly sweetened flavor and are crunchy on the outside and have a soft jelly texture on the inside.  All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp. As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has it's own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary.
