Divide the product equally onto the 4 quadrants of the face and neck (forehead, right cheek, left cheek, chin/neck). Spread evenly across the skin. Allow to absorb for a couple of minutes then layer 10+10 MORE-STURIZER on top. Apply around the orbital bone. Avoid sensitive skin around the eye area. Avoid corners of the nose & mouth if very sensitive as well. Always wear a broad spectrum mineral SPF during the day while treating with a retinol New to retinol: Start by using 2 to 3 times per week, at night. If redness or irritation occurs drop usage down to 1 to 2 times per week. It can take the skin a couple of weeks to get used to retinol so start slow and build your usage up.
