Heat a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until skillet is very hot but not smoking. Meanwhile, brush the top sides of fillets with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with the blackened seasoning blend. Brush skillet with remaining butter. Sear fish 5 minutes per side, or until center turns from clear to opaque (white) and fish just begins to flake with a fork. Serve immediately.
