Kiwi Rice Pudding Recipe While this Nutmeg Absolute must not be used in cooking, here is a fun and easy recipe for Rice Pudding, a classic New Zealand pudding from the national treasure known as the Edmonds Cookbook: 5 Tbsp short grain rice2 Tbsp white sugar3 cups Full-cream milk (alt: half and half)2–3 drops of vanilla extract1 Tbsp butter¼ tsp nutmeg grated Combine first four ingredients in an oven dish and rest for thirty minutes.
