The auto-dimming backlit screen makes it easy to see and operate at any hour, day or night.</p> <p>The buttons are pre-programmed to be <strong>continuous</strong> (i.e. turning on the accessory keeps it on until you push the button again to turn it off). However, it is possible to program any of the buttons to be <strong>momentary</strong> meaning that you need to push and hold the button to enable an accessory and releasing the button turns it off.</p> <p>The switch panel itself is IP65 water resistant so it can handle any harsh conditions you may encounter.</p> <h2 style="text-align: center;" data-mce-style="text-align: center;"><strong>Control Box Features</strong></h2> <p>The compact design of our control box gives you the flexibility to install it almost anywhere in your engine bay. The solid-state relays found in the control box are also IP65 water resistant.</p> <p>We include a built-in resettable fuse and the entire system features reverse polarity protection, over-voltage protection, and over-current protection. The fuse adapter makes it easy to connect the control box to your vehicle's fuse box without having to cut or splice into existing wiring.</p> <p>Each of the 8 circuits is fuse-protected and in the event that current draw exceeds the capacity of a specific circuit, a red status light will illuminate to indicate the error.
