The first release of Macallan Rare Cask for 2020 has been drawn from just fifty Sherry seasoned European oak casks. As with previous releases, this exceptionally rich and decadent single malt whisky showcases the character of well aged, Sherry cask matured Macallan. The heady nose displays classic aromas of dried fruits, chocolate, crushed nuts, and spice. The palate is sweet, full bodied, and luxurious with an abundance of sherried fruit and spice.
