It was inspired by the yacht Calypso, which belonged to the famous Jacques-Yves Cousteau. The ocean explorer and inventor shot dozens of films about the underwater world, developed the first scuba tank, and considerably contributed to exploring the sea depths. We at Wood Trick decided to create a wooden 3D model to honor his memory. The model has a unique hand mechanism that sets the boat in motion. Thanks to the wheels, it can travel 3–4 meters on a flat surface. We've added a lot of nautical-themed attributes to our model.
