Syngonium macrophyllum is quite unlike most other syngonium. The glossy leaves grow to two feet long and do not become deeply lobed and split, instead keeping their shield-like shape. It resembles a philodendron, but the irritating white sap is a clear giveaway to its placement in the syngonium genus.
